Mission

The Center for Emerging Media (CEM) was founded in 2000 as a 501(c)(3) private non-profit corporation by Marc Steiner, long-time community leader and talk show host on a local National Public Radio Station. The mission of CEM is to employ all forms of media – including radio, television and Internet – to produce groundbreaking new programs that address issues affecting our world.
