In light of Ron's diligence

In light of Ron's diligence and a conversation I had with a lawyer in the non profit arena who says no I want to ask: Can the President or the CEO of a non-profit organization be a voting member of the Board or the sole voting interest as described in these documents?
I don't know, but legal beagles and inquiring minds might ask.
