We have a version of a story from the BoD via quotes from Bozzuto, and I assume the BoD chose Bozzuto to be their chair. I don't think I know how truly Bozzuto reflects board sentiments, however, and I surely don't know the extent to which the board was involved in Marc's dismissal.

I'm refraining from being judgemental about the BoD until I hear more from them. In any case, I see no merit in ad hominem attacks.
