Just got back to Baltimore. Was away for the long weekend with no internet. So I checked out CEM site to catch up. Shocked to read the horrible news about Councilman Ken Harris. Shot and killed! Stunned. Why did it have to happen? What a wonderful man. He was a great councilman and community organizer extrordinaire. Very, very sad day for all of Baltimore.
