A devilishly-worded question

This comes right out of the GOP playbook, Marc: "....whether we should pull out now or stay till the job is done."

This implies that the job is not yet done. Isn't it? How do we know? Do we leave when there's no longer any threat of violence in Iraq? That could take awhile....
